This is just one area in our beautiful country that you have to seeto really appreciate. It takes your breath away.

- I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.

I'd love to further explore that coastline. On our last vacation out that direction we got as far south as Ocean Shores, just north of the Oregon border (I believe). It was our children's first real visit to the ocean and we all loved it!

I am so happy to see you here and in Oregon...I LOVE Oregon and the coast especially! We will be in Montana, Oregon and Washington come October, and I am already beginning to count off the days. Depot Bay, Cannon Beach, Seaside, just to name a few of my favorite places along the Oregon coast. I look forward to trying to keep up with you on here. Take care~
